Mark has been studying the elements of highly productive, engaging workplaces since 1981. He is the co-author of Re-Engage: How America’s Best Places to Work Inspire Extra Effort in Extraordinary Times. He is the architect of a number of tools used widely in the analysis of employee engagement survey data, providing greater insights to clients. Hirschfeld’s international experience includes work in Canada, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Australia.

Akshay is a seasoned HR leader with a diverse experience of over 17 years spanning consulting, corporate HR and business management. Currently he is Head of Total Rewards & Performance Management for India and Emerging Markets, at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, the world’s 4th largest generic pharma company. In the past he has worked in HR Consulting with the People & Organization practice of Ernst & Young LLP, advising leading clients through their HR Transformation journey; and also as an entrepreneur managing a textiles business before doing his MBA in HR. He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, having done his PGD-PM&IR from the institute, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for academic excellence and securing the 1st rank.

Abhishek has over 16 years of experience in HR.
