Mark has about 30 years of experience and provides thought leadership, analysis and strategies to clients to improve the results of their employee, sales and channel initiatives. He has studied and benchmarked outstanding, highly engaged employee and sales organizations. His experience also includes owning a successful franchise which serves the retail, corporate and physician markets. Mark has been studying the elements of highly productive, engaging workplaces since 1981. He is the co-author of Re-Engage: How America’s Best Places to Work Inspire Extra Effort in Extraordinary Times. He is the architect of a number of tools used widely in the analysis of employee engagement survey data, providing greater insights to clients. Hirschfeld’s international experience includes work in Canada, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia and Australia.

Abhishek Khandelwal

Abhishek has over 16 years of experience in HR. He has been involved in multiple roles as a generalist as well as a specialist with some of the leading brands such as like Mahindra & Mahindra, Cipla and new age organizations like Hike. Having in-depth experience in Rewards and business partnering space, his current focus revolves around digitization of HR and building org readiness in terms of capabilities of today and tom. His leadership focus is around: Creating a high-performance organization, Business partnering to bridge and strengthen future-readiness, Building capabilities, Reward structures.

Akshay Wadhwa

Head – Rewards (C&B) & Performance Management, India & Emerging Markets, Sun Pharma

Akshay is a seasoned HR leader with a diverse experience of over 17 years spanning consulting, corporate HR and business management. Currently he is Head of Total Rewards & Performance Management for India and Emerging Markets, at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, the world’s 4th largest generic pharma company. In the past he has worked in HR Consulting with the People & Organization practice of Ernst & Young LLP, advising leading clients through their HR Transformation journey; and also as an entrepreneur managing a textiles business before doing his MBA in HR. He is an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, having done his PGD-PM&IR from the institute, where he was awarded the Gold Medal for academic excellence and securing the 1st rank.
