Michael Ahearne

In addition to Mike's roles at the University of Houston, he is also the Research Director of the Sales Excellence Institute. Mike’s research has primarily focused on improving the performance of salespeople and sales organizations. He has published over 40 articles in leading journals and was recently recognized by the American Marketing Association as one of the ten most productive research scholars in the field of marketing. His research has been profiled in The Wall Street Journal, Business 2.0, Business Investors Daily, Fox News, INC Magazine and many other news outlets.

Brad Shuck

Associate Professor, Department of Educational Leadership, Evaluation and Organizational Development, University of Louisville

Dr. Shuck's primary areas of research include the application, meaning, and measurement of employee engagement, emerging areas of positive psychology, and leader development. Dr. Shuck holds leadership positions in several professional organizations such as the Academy of Human Resource Development and The Louisville Society for Human Resource Management as well as serves on several editorial boards for scholarly journals

Peder Jacobsen

Peder brings more than 25 years of learning experience to his current role. Before joining BIW in 2004, Mr. Jacobsen was Chief Learning Officer and a Co-Founder of LogicBay Corporation and Co-Founder of Training Innovations. An early industry advocate for MicroLearning, Mr. Jacobsen has brought numerous learning products to market including BIW’s Chameleon eLearning framework which features the ability to create adaptive eLearning for any device, in any language, for any role, with custom content to the role and a content path for the individual.
